FAQ
What do you need from me to get started?
I’ll need access to your Microsoft 365 tenant (SharePoint admin or delegated access), a brief description of what you want the site to do, and any branding elements like your logo, preferred color scheme, or sample content. Don’t worry—I’ll guide you through the process!
Is this setup secure for sensitive business data?
Yes. I follow Microsoft’s best practices to ensure a secure setup, including configuring permissions, access policies, and site security options.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance?
Yes, I offer ongoing support plans and on-demand services. If you need updates, new features, or troubleshooting later, I’m here to help.
What if I need multiple sites or a more complex setup?
That’s no problem. Just send me a message with your requirements, and I’ll provide a custom quote tailored to your needs—whether it’s multiple department sites, a hub site structure, or integration with other Microsoft 365 tools.
Can you help with permissions and access control?
Yes, I configure secure permissions so the right users have access to the right content—whether it’s internal staff, departments, or external users.
