What platforms does OpenClaw run on?
OpenClaw can be installed on Mac (including Mac Mini), Linux VPS (any provider), and Windows. For best reliability and always-on operation, I recommend a Linux VPS or Mac. Windows is supported but requires additional setup.
Do I need any technical knowledge?
No. I handle the full installation and configuration. You just need to provide device access and an API key (I'll explain how to get one). Everything is tested before handover, and clear documentation is included with the relevant packages.
What AI model does OpenClaw use?
OpenClaw supports multiple providers including Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI (GPT-4), Google Gemini, and local models via Ollama. Support for additional models is regularly being added. I'll help you choose and configure the right one for your needs.
