We cover residential and commercial property references.
Does my reference expire?
Your reference only expires after a prospective landlord/agent have requested for a reference and your references have been sent. Apart from that, references purchased do not expire and remain yours to be used to support your accommodation progress.
Can I get a discount if I purchase more than one package?
Yes. Our Gig has been structured to provide incentive for purchasing more than one reference. We understand that the more history and references you showcase on your property application, the greater your chances in the property that you are applying for.

Do I need to share my previous property details with you after placing an order?
