Dear prospective client,
Your situation and your business are as unique as the palm of your hand. And that is what my service to you will be like. The project contents depend on:

If you are an entrepreneur still figuring out your business model your needs are very different from those of a small business owner trying to break through some growth hurdles. Therefore, the content can look quite different in each case.
Project structure:
Phase 1 set up: Kick-off call via Zoom. We jointly define project scope, deliverables, and checkpoints.
Phase 2 production: I keep you constantly apprised of the progress = you always have a good grip on what is going on.
Phase 3 fine-tuning: first draft as early as possible => your feedback => refinement. As many rounds as needed.
Phase 4 - final delivery: hand-over of final documents & closing call.

Can you provide some more background on you and/or references?
If you are interested in further information I would be happy to share my bio in more detail as well as work samples (after signing an NDA). Please also see my LinkedIn profile and website for additional background and references.
In which languages can you deliver?
English and German. I used to be a Professor at the University of Liverpool, a Russell Group University, so my English is on native level. Nevertheless I get all final documents checked by a linguist, just for the last 0,01%. I am German and wrote my Ph.D. thesis in German.
Can we have a call before I book the gig?
Absolutely. I, actually, strongly prefer meeting my clients before we contract. Personal chemistry as well as a clear joint understanding of project deliverables and challenges are essential for the success of every project.
Which industries can you serve?
I have worked on projects in a wide range of industries, spanning from Aviation to Food, Industrial Engineering to Automotive, Banking to Insurance. I service all industries - the underlying economics of strategy and market dynamics are the same for all.

I do not yet have many background infos - does it still work?
Sure. I do the desktop research as needed. But please be aware the more materials and insights you can already provide the faster the project can be finished.

Sure. I service all sizes of businesses and have my own experiences over the entire spectrum from start-up to large organizations. It does not matter if you are the head of a business unit in a conglomerate, a small business owner or a founder, I can be the partner to help you reach the next level.
My project needs are quite different from the Gigs you describe - what do I do?

My information is very confidential - how can I be sure it is treated accordingly?
I am happy to sign an NDA at the beginning of the project. More importantly: consulting is a reputation driven market, i.e. if I would leak information from one client I would be dead pretty soon. This is, actually, your best insurance policy. Apart from that, I want you to book again!
