What format will I receive my animation in?
You’ll receive your animation in .MOV (Animation codec) with alpha channel for the logo animation with transparency. The solid version can be delivered in .MOV(h264) or .MP4 depending on your preference.
Can you animate my logo even if it’s not in vector format?
Sorry, but I can only animate your logo in vector format (AI or SVG). If you only have a JPG or PNG, I can vectorize it for an additional $20.
Can I request specific colors, or style references?
Absolutely! You can send brand guidelines or a short brief to ensure the animation fits your visual identity.
What if I need it faster?
You can order the extra fast delivery option for a quicker turnaround if available.
My animation can be delivered in a higher frame rate (30 or 60 fps)?
Of course! all animations are delivered at 24 fps by default, but you can request 30 fps at no extra cost. If you prefer 60 fps, you can select it as an extra option when placing your order.
