I will build n8n automations and ai workflows for ecommerce
Dragos B.
About this gig
Tired of copy-pasting orders, writing product descriptions by hand or editing photos one by one? I build reliable n8n automations that do the work for you, 24/7.
I run e-commerce stores myself (Shopify, GoMag, eMAG, Trendyol), so I understand the problem behind your request, not just the tools.
WHAT I CAN AUTOMATE
- Shopify / WooCommerce orders Google Sheets, Telegram/Slack alerts, daily sales reports
- AI product descriptions and SEO titles in any language, in bulk
- Bulk product photos white background, resized, renamed
- Lead capture forms with AI scoring and instant email replies
- Email, CRM and custom API integrations
EVERY DELIVERY INCLUDES
- Clean workflow with notes on every step
- Error handling + alerts if something fails
- The workflow JSON file, which you own
- Clear handover so you can run it yourself
Please MESSAGE ME BEFORE ORDERING with a short description of your process. I will confirm the scope and send you an exact offer.
I work inside your own n8n account (cloud or self-hosted). Your accounts and API keys always stay yours.

I build n8n automations that save e-commerce businesses hours every week.
I run my own online stores (Shopify, GoMag, eMAG, Trendyol), so I know the real problems: orders to track, products to list, photos to edit, leads to answer. I automate them end to end, with AI where it adds value.
Order syncs, daily sales reports, AI product descriptions in any language, bulk product photo processing, lead capture with AI scoring, API integrations.
Every workflow is documented, has error alerts and is yours to keep. Message me with your process and I will tell you exactly what can be automated.

FAQ
Do I need my own n8n account?
Yes. The workflow runs in your n8n (Cloud or self-hosted), so you fully own it. I can help you set it up if you don't have one yet.
Who pays for the apps and AI usage?
You do, directly to the provider (n8n, OpenAI etc.). Costs are usually low, and I design workflows to keep them predictable.
How do you access my accounts?
You add me as a user in n8n and connect your apps yourself via secure login (OAuth) or a dedicated API key. I never ask for your passwords, and you can remove my access after delivery.
What if something breaks later?
Every workflow has error alerts, so you know immediately. Support is included for the period in your package, and monthly maintenance is available as an extra.
Can you work with Zapier or Make instead?
I specialise in n8n. If you are on Zapier or Make, I can migrate your workflows to n8n, which is usually much cheaper at scale.
Can you automate a process that isn't listed?
Most likely yes. Send me a message describing it and I will tell you honestly if it can be done.
