Gmail, Outlook/Hotmail/Microsoft 365, and Yahoo Mail. Other providers (e.g., ProtonMail, Zoho) may be possible via IMAP — message me to confirm before ordering.
Do I need to give you my email password?
No. Depending on your provider, the automation runs via your own account's official scripting platform (Google Apps Script, Power Automate) or a secure OAuth connection (Zapier/Make) — I never see or store your password.
Will this ever send emails on my behalf without my approval?
No — by design, this only creates draft replies. You always make the final decision to send.
Can this work across multiple email accounts or providers at once?
Yes, available on the Premium package using a connector tool like Zapier or Make that bridges different providers into one workflow.
What about company/corporate email accounts?
Possible, but often requires IT/admin approval on the corporate side first (especially for Microsoft 365 tenants). Message me before ordering so we can confirm feasibility for your organization.
