If you intend to use the voiceover for ANY business-related purposes, you will need to purchase the Commercial Rights. Any publicly-released project requires adding Commercial Rights: i.e. Social Media & YouTube. Orders intended for your own personal and private use do not require Commercial Rights.
What are Broadcast Rights?
The "Broadcast Rights" extra is required if the voice-over will be used in a public performance. That includes anything that's run on broadcast radio or TV, as well as public address announcements, intros, programs, tributes, and anything else played in public to a live audience.
