I will build a custom windows desktop or android app with dotnet maui

About this gig
Need a custom app for Windows or Android? I build native apps in C# with .NET MAUI: one codebase, a clean interface and local data storage with SQLite.
What I've built:
- A password manager with Argon2 key derivation, security check for weak and reused passwords, backup and auto-lock
- A music, notes and task manager with calendar and sync
- A download manager with a remote-controlled queue
What you get:
- A working app for Windows and/or Android (ready-to-run build or APK)
- Clean, modern interface
- Local database (SQLite)
- Full source code
- Short guide to install and run it
Scope: Basic = up to 3 screens, no login, no cloud sync. Need accounts, cloud sync or external APIs? Message me for a custom quote.
Not offered: iOS/macOS apps and publishing on the app stores.
Before ordering, send me a short description of your idea and the main screens you imagine, and I'll confirm it's feasible.

FAQ
Which platforms do you build for?
Windows desktop and Android. Both come from the same C# / .NET MAUI project, so Premium delivers the two versions together.
Do you build iPhone or Mac apps?
No. I only build and test for Windows and Android, so I prefer not to promise what I can't verify. If you need iOS, message me first.
Do you publish the app on the stores?
I deliver a ready-to-run Windows build or an Android APK, plus a guide. Publishing on Google Play or Microsoft Store is up to you, and I can explain the steps.
Do I get the source code?
Yes, in every package. The code and the finished app are yours once delivered.
Can you work on my existing app?
Only if it is a C# / .NET app. Message me first with a short description and what you want changed, and I'll tell you if it's feasible.
Does the app need a server?
Basic and Standard store data locally (SQLite). Connecting to a server or an existing API is possible, but it is outside the standard packages: message me for a custom quote.
