Who pays for the AI API costs?
You do, with your own API key. Usually it costs only a few cents per document. I'll estimate the cost for your volume before we start, so there are no surprises.
Does it work with scanned PDFs or photos?
It works with text-based PDFs (most invoices and delivery notes exported from software). Scanned images need an extra OCR step: message me first and I'll tell you if your files are suitable.
Are my documents kept private?
Yes. I only use your files to build and test your tool and delete them after delivery. Feel free to send anonymized samples if the documents are sensitive.
Do I need technical knowledge to run it?
No. I send a step-by-step guide and a short video showing how to install and run it. Basic and Standard run from a simple command, Premium has a simple window with a button.
Do you work with Italian documents?
Yes, Italian and English. I've built extractors for Italian transport documents (DDT) and invoices, including fields like pallets, weights and delivery addresses.
