I build custom web apps for small businesses. Inventory, CRM, bookings, orders, financial tracking. Your own database, team login, delivered in days, with the source code so nothing depends on me.
I am also a recruiter: 3+ years of full-cycle IT and tech hiring, sourcing through offer. And English/Spanish work: translation, localization, and bilingual support across both markets.

FAQ
Do I own the app and the code?
Yes. Everything is deployed on your own accounts and the full source code is delivered to you. You are not renting anything from me and you are not locked in. If we ever stop working together, your app keeps running exactly as it is.
Are there monthly costs after you deliver?
Usually between 0 and 25 USD a month, paid directly to the hosting company, never to me. A simple site can run on hosting you already have. An app with a database usually needs a 25 USD plan so it never goes to sleep. I tell you the exact number before you order.
Can my whole team use it at the same time?
Yes, from Standard up. Everyone gets their own login and sees the same live data instantly, on phone or laptop. Premium adds roles, so you can decide who is allowed to edit prices, delete items or see sales figures.
Do you use AI tools to build?
Yes, I use AI assisted development, which is why I can deliver in days instead of weeks and price the way I do. Every app is reviewed, tested and adjusted by me before delivery, and you get working software with the source code, not generated text.
Can you connect it to my existing website?
Yes, that is included in Premium or available as an add on. The most common request is showing live product availability on your site, so customers see what is actually in stock without you updating two places.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes revisions during the project. After delivery, Premium includes a 30 day bug fix warranty. New features are a new small order, usually 45 to 150 USD depending on size. You also have the source code, so any developer can continue the work.
Do you speak Spanish?
Si. I work in English and Spanish, and I can deliver the app interface, the setup guide and the walkthrough video in either language, or both. Just tell me which you prefer when you message me.
What do you need from me to start?
Three things: what your business does, the list of information you need to track, and how many people will use it. If you already have a spreadsheet, send it, that is usually the fastest starting point. A logo and brand colors are nice but optional.
