What counts as one bug in the Basic package?
One bug means one clearly defined issue with a specific expected behavior, such as a broken component, runtime error, failed API request, build error, or responsive layout problem. Multiple unrelated issues require a larger package or custom offer.
What is the difference between a revision and a new issue?
A revision covers further adjustments needed to complete the originally agreed fix. A new bug, new feature, additional functionality, or unrelated problem is considered new scope and may require an extra or custom offer.
Can you add new features to my project?
