How is this different from just getting a template online?
It's a consulting engagement, not a download. I assess your specific environment, design a framework around your team and stakeholders, and implement it with you. A template can't do that.
What if we already have some risk tracking in place?
Good starting point. I'll review what you have, identify the gaps, and build on what's working. Most existing approaches miss escalation logic and dependency mapping — that's usually where the real exposure is.
