A useful digital solution starts with a clear business process.
I will review one agreed workflow and turn your supplied information into a current/proposed process map and an implementation-ready requirements brief. The starter scope is one process of up to eight main steps and a brief of up to six pages.
We will cover the users, inputs, responsibilities, rules, outputs and priorities. I can identify practical AI assistance where suitable, with human review and your data restrictions.
My IBLMS work includes business/product planning and operating requirements for Operations Studio, reporting workflows and SchoolMatch. The gallery explains my contribution and credits my development partner, Eng. Asmaa Zakaria, for technical implementation.
Includes up to one hour of discussion through Fiverr.
You receive an editable brief, a PDF process map/brief and one consolidated revision. Software development or integrations require a separate agreed scope.

This package covers workflow review and requirements. Development or integrations need a separate agreed scope. If needed, I can propose my development partner Eng. Asmaa Zakaria at IBLMS and agree the roles with you.
How will AI be used?
I can identify suitable AI assistance and use AI to help research or structure the brief, with human review. Your restrictions apply. Specialist integrations and automated production changes are outside this starter package.
What should I send before ordering?
Describe the process, your goal, current steps, people involved and available examples. Use anonymised samples. We agree the scope and appropriate handling before sharing private records or access.
