What do you need to start the evaluation?
I need the candidate's CV, job description, and specific evaluation requirements. For the Standard package, please also provide the candidate's interview answers.
Do you conduct live technical interviews?
Yes. Live interviews are included in the Premium package. Each interview lasts up to 45 minutes and is conducted in Spanish.
What does the evaluation report include?
The report includes competency scores (0–5), relevant experience, strengths, improvement areas, and a final hiring recommendation based on the available evidence.
Can you evaluate more than one candidate?
Yes. Each package covers one candidate. You can add an extra candidate evaluation or contact me for a custom offer if you need multiple assessments.
Do you provide evaluations in English or Spanish?
Written evaluation reports are available in English or Spanish. Live interviews are currently conducted in Spanish.
Do you guarantee that a candidate will be hired?
No. My service provides an objective assessment to support hiring decisions. The final hiring decision remains the responsibility of the client.
Is candidate information kept confidential?
Yes. Candidate information is handled confidentially and used only to perform the requested evaluation. Please share only the personal information necessary for the assessment.
