Do you need a functional CAD part, replacement component or product prototype?
I create accurate 3D CAD models in Fusion 360 based on your dimensions, sketches, photos, reference parts or ideas. My focus is on practical designs that can be manufactured, tested and used in the real world.

What information do you need to start?
Please provide all available dimensions, sketches, photos, reference files and a clear explanation of how the part should function. More accurate information leads to a more accurate final design.
Can you design a part from photos?
Yes, but photos alone may not provide accurate dimensions. At least one verified measurement or the physical part dimensions are strongly recommended.
Which file formats will I receive?
Depending on your package, I can provide STL, STEP, 3MF, F3D, DXF and PDF files. Please tell me which formats you require before ordering.
Is the Fusion 360 source file included?
The editable Fusion 360 source file is included in the Standard and Premium packages. It can also be added to the Basic package as an extra.
Can you prepare the model for 3D printing?
Yes. I can consider wall thickness, tolerances, print orientation, support requirements and common FDM manufacturing limitations during the design.
Do you also manufacture or ship the finished part?
This Gig mainly covers digital CAD design. Physical 3D printing and shipping can be arranged separately after the design, material and delivery costs have been reviewed.
Can you modify an existing STL or STEP file?
Yes, provided the file is usable and the requested changes are technically possible. STEP and original CAD files are usually easier to modify accurately than STL mesh files.
Do you design safety-critical parts?
I do not provide certified engineering, structural approval or designs for safety-critical applications such as brakes, steering, medical devices or load-bearing systems without professional validation.
Should I contact you before ordering?
Yes. Please contact me first, especially for complex parts, assemblies, unclear reference material or projects requiring specific tolerances.
