I use Gromacs for simulations.

Gromacs is an open-source application and very highly cited in the literature.

I can generate critical data such as RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation), RMSF (Root Mean Square Fluctuation), Radius of Gyration, and Free Energy calculations. In addition to Gromacs tools, I use VMD, Pymol, and Discovery Studio for analysis and visualization.

I can prepare high-resolution figures for publications.
