I will do protein modeling for docking and dynamics

Selecting and preparing the 3D structure of the target protein is the key to a successful molecular docking and/or molecular dynamics simulation experiment.

I can provide the following services:

1. Select target protein(s) through literature search.
2. Refine the 3D structure (when a pdb file or PDB ID is provided)
3. Swiss-Model homology modeling from FASTA sequence or UniProt ID
4. Modeller homology modeling
5. I-TASSER for ab initio modeling

## Experimentally derived 3D structures are available in different databases, such as

1. RCSB PDB
2. EBI
3. PDBJ
4. PDBSUM

## Computationally derived high-quality structures can also be found at

ALPHAFOLD

## When 3D structures are unavailable in the above sources, we can prepare structures using homology modeling from swissmodel. However, we need the amino acid sequence (FASTA) of the target protein. Usually, we retrieve the sequence from the UniProt database. In that case, we should have the UniProt ID of the target protein.
