Not every damaged file can be restored within a fixed package. Send your file and the exact problem before ordering. I will confirm what can be repaired and whether reconstruction or a custom quote is needed.
Do you provide physical 3D printing?
This gig delivers digital files and a mesh preview. Physical printing, shipping, materials and machine setup are not included. Share your intended printing process so the repair can be scoped appropriately.
Can you resize or split my model?
Standard includes resizing one model. Premium can include agreed resizing or splitting for up to two simple models. Send target dimensions, units, split locations and any required alignment details before ordering.
Which files will I receive?
You receive the repaired STL and a mesh preview image. Standard and Premium also include the editable Blender working file. Other formats or parametric CAD conversion must be agreed separately.
Does a repaired mesh guarantee a successful print?
Mesh cleanup addresses the agreed geometry problems. Print success also depends on scale, wall thickness, supports, material, printer calibration and slicer settings. A physical print test is not included.
