About this gig
Need a custom, professional-looking case for your electronics project?
I specialize in designing 3D printable enclosures and housings for PCBs, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, IoT devices, and custom electronic circuits. Using parametric CAD (FreeCAD), I design enclosures that not only look great but are engineered for perfect fit, proper ventilation, and easy 3D printing (FDM/SLA).
What I can design for you:
- Snap-fit or screw-together enclosures
- Custom port cutouts (USB, HDMI, Power, Sensors)
- Mounting standoffs and PCB supports
- Ventilation grills for heat dissipation
- Screen and button/switch integrations
- Battery compartments
What you will receive:
- Production-ready 3D print files (.STL, .3MF)
- Universal CAD formats (.STEP, .STP) for future editing
- Native FreeCAD source files (in Premium or as an extra)
Why work with me?
- Designed specifically for 3D printing (considering bridging, overhangs, and tolerances).
- Accurate clearances for components and hardware (M3/M4 screws, brass inserts).
- Fast communication and engineering-focused approach.
Please send me a message with your PCB dimensions, or a rough sketch of your requirements

FAQ
Do I need to send you my physical PCB?
No, you don't need to ship anything. A 2D drawing with exact dimensions, a 3D STEP file of your board, or clear photos with caliper measurements is enough for me to design the enclosure.
Can you design snap-fit joints?
Yes! I can design snap-fit mechanisms optimized for the flex of standard 3D printing filaments like PLA, PETG, or ABS.
Will standard screws work with these designs?
Yes, I design holes with standard tolerances for self-tapping screws, standard machine screws (M3/M4), or heat-set threaded inserts depending on your preference.
