About this gig
I fix WordPress sites that are broken, throwing errors, or have been hacked.
I have been doing this for twelve years, over 3,200 orders.
Here are the errors I fix most often:
- The white screen of death, critical and fatal PHP errors
- Error establishing a database connection
- 500, 502, 503 and 504 server errors
- Plugin and theme conflicts, or an update that failed halfway
- WooCommerce problems, including a broken checkout
- SSL and HTTPS errors, and mixed content
- Contact forms and SMTP that will not send
- A site that has gone slow, or a server under heavy load
- Login lockouts and a broken admin panel
If your site has been hacked, I remove the malware, close the backdoors,
clean up redirect infections, re-harden the site, and help with Google
blacklist removal.
I take a full backup before I touch anything. Every tier carries a warranty,
three days on Basic up to seven on Premium. If the same problem returns inside
that window I fix it free.
I do not build themes or plugins and I do not rebuild sites. For server level

What do you fix, and what don't you fix?

My site is hacked — can you really clean it?
Yes, Provided that the site assets and database are good or you have backup. If those gets deleted by hacker, then NO. For simple cleanup, Basic tier. Full hacked-site recovery with re-harden is Premium. For deeply compromised or repeatedly re-infected sites, I may recommend hosting changes.
How fast can you fix my site?
Basic and Standard usually within 24-48 hours of access. Same-day work available via Express Delivery in Gig Extras. Message me first so I can confirm I'm available right now. Emergencies don't queue well.
What if my site breaks again after you fix it?
If a new issue surfaces within the warranty window (3 days Basic / 5 days Standard / 7 days Premium) AND it's caused by my work, I fix it at no charge. Premium tier also includes a re-hack guarantee: one free re-clean if the site gets re-infected within 7 days.
I'm not sure what's wrong — can you diagnose first?
Yes. Message me with what you're seeing — error screenshots help a lot. I'll usually identify the issue from the symptoms, but I may need access details sometimes to look deeper. Then I can quote the right tier before you order. Diagnosis is included in any work, not billed separately.
