Can you fix every computer problem?
I can solve many software, configuration, performance, compatibility, and setup issues. However, hardware damage, defective components, and severely damaged storage devices may require an in-person technician.
Does this service include physical computer repairs?
No. This Gig covers remote software troubleshooting and configuration only. It does not include opening the computer, replacing parts, soldering, or other physical repairs.
Can you install and configure software?
Yes. I can help install, update, remove, and configure legitimate software, drivers, browsers, printers, virtual machines, certificates, and compatible peripherals.
Can you improve a slow computer?
