Can you work from a hand sketch or a photo of my existing property?
Absolutely. Most clients send me a rough sketch, a photo, or a description of their space. I will take that input, apply professional drafting standards, and produce clean, dimensioned, permit-ready drawings. You do not need existing CAD files to get started.
What happens if the building department requests changes after I submit?
