I cross-reference all components with active inventory databases (such as LCSC, JLCPCB) during the schematic phase. I design specifically to ensure parts are actively in production and readily available to avoid manufacturing delays.
What files do I need to send to a PCB manufacturer to get my board fabricated?
I will provide a complete, fabrication-ready zip package containing all industry-standard Gerber files (RS-274X or X2 format) and NC drill files. Additionally, you will receive a clean Bill of Materials (BOM) and component placement files (CPL/Pick-and-Place) if you plan on automated assembly.
What does the "Free Enclosure Box Design" include?
I will provide a complimentary, basic 3D-printable enclosure box matching your PCB's exact physical dimensions and mounting holes. You will receive the standard .STEP and .STL files ready for 3D printing.
