FAQ
What is manual vector tracing, and why is it better than auto-trace?
I redraw your logo by hand in Adobe Illustrator, point by point. Auto-trace tools often leave jagged edges, wobbly lines and too many points. Hand-traced vectors are cleaner, smaller and easier to edit.
What file formats will I receive?
You get SVG, EPS, AI, PDF and PNG with a transparent background. If you need a different format (for example DXF for laser cutting), just ask before ordering.
My logo is very small or blurry. Can you still vectorize it?
Yes. I rebuild the logo by hand, so low quality is usually not a problem. Send the best version you have. If parts are unreadable, I’ll message you before I start.
Can you match my colors and fonts?
Yes. I match the colors as closely as possible and can give you CMYK or RGB versions or Pantone references on request. Fonts are matched or converted to outlines. If the exact font is unknown, I’ll tell you.
Can you use my vector for print, embroidery or cutting?
Yes. Tell me the use (screen print, DTF/DTG, embroidery, vinyl, laser or CNC) when you order, and I’ll prepare the file for it, for example with simplified shapes or closed paths.
Do I own the files? How many revisions do I get?
You get the vector files and full usage rights. Revisions are included until the trace matches your original. Changes to the design itself, such as a new layout or new colors, may need a custom offer.
