What information do you need to create the 3D models?
To ensure the geometric integrity, please provide a clear drawing, a scanned catalog page, or high-quality photos with key dimensions. If it’s a custom profile, a hand sketch with accurate measurements of the cross-section is highly recommended.
How do you define a "unique 3D model" within your packages?
Each "unique 3D model" represents a distinct part number, size, or variation of a seal/gasket. For example, an O-ring with specific ID x OD x Thickness is one model; a different size of the same O-ring counts as another separate model.
What file formats will I receive?
I deliver high-precision STEP (.step/.stp) and IGES (.igs) files, compatible with all major CAD software. You also get high-resolution PNG/JPG renders. If you need specific formats like STL for 3D printing, please specify during the requirements phase.
Can you model multiple sizes based on a dimension table?

This service focuses strictly on 3D Modeling and Structural Decoding. I do not provide 2D technical drawings, pressure ratings, or material certifications (API/ASME). My goal is to ensure the exact geometric replication of the component.
How do you ensure the accuracy of the seal's internal profile?
Accuracy is my priority. I use structural decoding to analyze your data and replicate the exact cross-section. My philosophy: "If the cross-section is right, the body is right." I focus on sectional views to ensure the 3D model matches real-world logic and proportions.
Are your files compatible with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or CATIA?
Yes. All models can be exported to widely supported formats like STEP or IGES, which work seamlessly with AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, and other engineering tools.
What if I have revisions or need changes to the model?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1 for Basic, 2 for Standard, 3 for Premium). I will work closely with you to ensure your satisfaction. Additional revisions can be purchased if needed.
