Do I need to know which automation tool I want to use?
No. Start with the process and the outcome you want. The tool should be chosen around the workflow, not the other way around.
Does the Basic package include automation implementation?
No. Basic is a process diagnosis and redesign package. I’ll map the current workflow, identify the main friction, and recommend a clearer improved process before implementation.
What counts as a trigger or action?
A trigger starts an automation. An action is a step the automation performs afterwards, such as creating a record, updating a field, sending a message, or moving information to another tool.
Can you connect multiple apps or platforms?
Yes, within the limits of the selected package. Standard includes up to two platforms/tools and Premium up to three. More complex setups may require a custom offer.
Are custom API integrations included?
No. Custom API work, unusual authentication, custom webhooks, undocumented systems, or complex integrations are scoped separately because the effort can vary significantly.
Can you automate my whole business?
This Gig is designed around one clearly defined recurring process at a time. Multiple unrelated workflows or broader automation projects should be scoped separately.
Will you use AI in the automation?
AI can be considered where it genuinely improves the workflow, but AI model integration is not automatically included in the standard packages. If your process requires AI, message me before ordering so I can scope it correctly.
