Phone Screen (30 minutes)

The phone screen evaluates a candidate's experience, communication skills, and qualifications to determine if they are likely to succeed in a full interview loop. Save time by only interviewing the strongest applicants.

Behavioral Interviews (60 minutes)

I will evaluate a candidates past experience, decision-making, and problem-solving through targeted follow-up questions. I assess communication, ownership, and role fit.

Technical Interviews (60 minutes)

This interview evaluates a software engineer's coding ability, problem-solving, and technical communication through live coding and system design exercises.
