Can you put the link on our website?
Yes, for an additional, minimal cost. Please inquire once the order has begun! Or, I can provide you with a link of how to get the custom code from the Jotform platform.
Can I download a .pdf of my client's answers?
Yes! For an additional fee, I can create a .pdf merge template and we can even have it auto send to you when the the client hits submit. You can also download it at any time. This is great if you need to keep paper copies for client files. This will include a fillable .pdf!
What is a 'Feature'
Jotform has a ton of bells and whistles which I refer to as features. Some examples include: interactive image, e-signature, file upload, calculations, terms & conditions, image slider, .pdf embedder, booking, etc. Payments are also available but are a separate add-on due to the complexity.
How do I access the submissions?
You will create a free account on Jotform and then once we finalize the form, I will transfer it to your Jotform account and there you will have access to all your submissions. For more info on Jotform, click here: https://link.jotform.com/dvaughan-jTnJk51efC.
What is a 'Logic Branch'?
This is and if/then rule. For example, your question is are you over 40? If the answer is yes, they would see one set of questions, or question. If the answer is no, they would be directed to a different set of questions, or question.
