I turn invoice PDFs and emails into clean, validated rows in your database.

Most automation stops at extraction. I build for the part that breaks: documents that are malformed, duplicated, or missing a field.

What you get

- Extraction with a confidence score per field, not one pass or fail for the whole document

- Arithmetic cross-checks: line items reconciled against the subtotal, subtotal plus tax against the total, dates range-checked

- Duplicate detection by content hash, so the same invoice resent never creates a second record

- A review queue for anything below threshold, with the source document attached

- Error handling that reports failures instead of hiding them

Every row carries its source file, run ID and timestamp, so any number can be traced back to the document it came from.

My background: 9 years running systems and data for one company, building API tools and Power BI reporting. I self-host my own n8n server, where workflows are tested before they reach a client.
