Under the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works which applies to 179 countries, copyright in creative works is automatically protected upon their creation. However, often, it may be difficult to prove the existence of copyright in such works. That is why some countries have established copyright offices allowing copyright holders to register their creative works, thus making sure that the copyright holders will have evidence proving their rights.

We can prepare copyright applications and submit them to various copyright offices. However, in most cases, a registration with one copyright office will be sufficient as it can be used as evidence in all 179 countries of the Berne Convention.
