About this Gig
The service includes the preparation and the submission of an EU application for registered design to the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). I am authorized to act as the EUIPO representative and will be glad to represent EU and non-EU applicants before the EUIPO.
The service also includes (i) advice regarding the registrability of your design, (ii) advice regarding how to increase your chances to register the design, and (iii) advice regarding the design registration procedure.
The price covers up to 3 designs in a single application. If your application will include more than 3 designs, please ask for an adjusted quote.
The governmental fee for one design is usually EUR 350.
