Do you have an issue with Trustpilot, Yelp, or another similar website? For example, is your personal data published by one of those websites and you would like to exercise your GDPR rights? The fee of USD 230 covers preparing and sending a legal letter. In most cases, we send the legal letter by email. Although we will put reasonable efforts to draft a strong legal letter, there is no guarantee of success and the fee of USD 230 will not be refunded if the other party does not comply with our legal request and/or the other party does not reply. We have no control over third parties.

We can send the legal letter and ask them to do so, but it may or may not work. Again, we have no control whatsoever over the responsiveness of large companies.
I want to pay you only if you reinstate my account. Is it possible?
No, for at least 3 reasons: 1. Contingency fees are prohibited by my bar association; 2. The quoted fee is the fee for drafting the legal letter. It is not a success fee. If it was a success fee, I would have charged much more; 3. If the account is reinstated, the debtor may not pay.
