Does the price include the cost of the VPS or licenses (cPanel/Plesk)?
No. You are responsible for purchasing the server (VPS or Dedicated) and any paid software licenses (such as cPanel, Plesk, or Windows). My service only covers the professional installation, configuration, and optimization of these tools.
Is it safe to give you access to my server?
Absolutely. I'm a professional and I treat your credentials with strict confidentiality. However, for your own security, I always recommend changing the root password once I've delivered the work and you've verified that everything is working correctly.
Which operating system should I install on my VPS?
For most web panels (HestiaCP, aaPanel, CyberPanel), I highly recommend a clean install (fresh install) of Ubuntu 20.04/22.04 LTS or Debian 11/12.
I want to install Proxmox, can I use any VPS?
Not all VPSs support virtualization. To install Proxmox, you need a dedicated server (bare metal) or a VPS that supports nested virtualization (KVM). Check with your provider before purchasing the package to see if your plan supports it.
Do you make backups before working?
If you hire the migration or optimization service on a server that already has data, it is your responsibility to have a recent external backup before I touch anything.
What if I need help after completing the order?
I offer a post-delivery warranty period (varies depending on the package) to correct any errors resulting from my configuration. If you require monthly maintenance or future changes, we can arrange a new service.
