About this gig
I've shipped multiple live apps to the App Store and Google Play including C1x (disc golf analytics) and Throw with the Pros (gamified competition app) plus websites including my own portfolio site. I build in Swift, Flutter, React, and Next.js.
I only take on full builds not one-off features bolted onto an existing app, since that rarely makes sense for either of us. Every project here is a complete, working product from start to finish.

Do you handle app store submission?
Yes, submission support is included in the mobile app packages. This is support only though; I will provide info, but you'll need to create your own respective account through Apple/Google and pay their fees separately.
