What do you need for us to get started?
First things first, we need to know about the website being built and also will require you provide us with all necessary content such as images, branding and text where possible. As well, we require the login details to your hosting/domain provider if you have it already.
Does your package include domain/hosting fees?
No we do not provide the domain and hosting fees, this must be set up on your end and then the details provided for us once confirmed/completed.
Is SEO included within this GIG?
Yes we include a basic level of SEO integration however this is not our profession so we do recommend once your website is live and if you would like to expand on that specifically to contact an SEO qualified professional.
How many revisions do you typically offer?
This all depends on the package selected. Please view our packages above for more info in that regard but rest assured, regardless X amount of revisions allocated, we will work with you to ensure you're satisfied with the finished product.
Do you design the graphics for the website?
No as we are providing a web development service and not a graphic design service we would require that you provide us with all the graphics and images beforehand. In some cases however, we can use stock images at no extra fee where possible but for uniquely design graphics, we don't include that.
Do you provide support following the completion of the website?
Yes we provide up to 10 days of support following the completion of your website. That doesn't mean you can't contact us with questions following but for anything in-depth please contact us within 10 days of the completion of your website.
Are you able to redesign my existing website?
Sure! If you have an existing website feel free to showcase it and we can navigate a plan of attack from there to massively improve upon your current online presence.
Do you provide custom HTML, CSS, JS coding?
Yes we can where needed. Please provide us with what you're after and we can discuss a custom fee that is fitting.
Will my website be easy to manage and navigate?
Yes 100%! Your website will be incredibly user-friendly for both visitors and yourself managing the backend of the website itself.
Do you allow for Zoom/Phone calls?
No. In terms of communication it would have to be strictly here on Fiverr but any questions or updates you require feel free to reach out and I'll get back to you accordingly here.
