Is this a one-time service or a subscription?
This is a monthly subscription. The service renews every 30 days unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
Who is this package for?
This package is only available to existing clients we have previously worked with. Please message me before ordering to confirm eligibility.
What type of changes are included?
Only small, maintenance-related updates, such as minor text edits, image replacements (client-supplied), existing product maintenance, minor layout tweaks, app updates and bug fixes.
Are new pages, sections or redesigns included?
No. This package does not include new pages, new sections, redesigns, layout rebuilds or new features. Anything outside maintenance is quoted separately.
Can you add or upload new products?
New product creation is not included, unless you choose to exchange your monthly app install for up to 5 new products, as outlined in the package.
What apps are included in this package?
The package includes updates to existing apps and 1 new app install per month with basic setup only, limited to approved categories (e.g. bundles, upsells, size charts, FAQs). Advanced setups are not included.
What if my request is outside the package scope?
If a request exceeds the scope, complexity or time allocation of the package, it will be discussed and quoted separately before any work begins.
Does unused time roll over to the next month?
No. Time and tasks do not roll over month-to-month. Each billing cycle covers that month only.
