About this gig

My name is Dylan Coyle, and I've been in the fitness space for over three years. Coaching others is a true passion of mine I'm just as committed to helping you reach your goals as I am to reaching my own.

A little about me:

  • Sectional-level competitive swimmer
  • 3 years of bodybuilding experience
  • Over 1 year dedicated to weighted calisthenics

What you'll need:

  • A pull-up bar, dip stand, and a way to squat
  • (Eventually, access to a gym or more equipment will be helpful.)

Recommended starting point:

  • 6 months of gym experience
  • Ability to do around 5 pull-ups and 5 dips

What you can expect long-term:

  • Add at least 45+ lbs to your pull-up
  • Add 60+ lbs to your dip
  • Build serious muscle along the way

Hey, my name is Dylan Coyle. I am 16 years old and live in the United States. I started the gym 3 years ago and worked my way from being skinny to being lean and muscular. The gym has become a big part of my life and is something I am passionate about. I have shifted to prioritize calisthenics, specifically weighted calisthenics, over the past year and a half. I have achieved a 90 pound dip and a 70 pound pull up, and I built a physique that i am proud of at 6 foot 2 170 pounds lean. I want to help others to get their dream physique and to meet their strength goals.
