What counts as “1 process”?
One workflow with a clear start and end, owned by one team, up to about 20 steps. For example: customer onboarding, invoice approval or order fulfilment. Not sure if yours fits? Message me and I’ll confirm.
Which package should I choose?
Basic is a quick health check of one process. Standard is the full diagnosis plus a roadmap to fix it, and is the best fit for most buyers. Premium covers up to 3 linked processes, with follow-up support while you implement.
What do I need to provide?
A short description of the process, the main problem you’re facing (delays, errors, cost), who’s involved, and any existing documents or maps. Don’t worry if nothing is written down. That’s exactly what I help with.
How do the consulting calls work?
Calls are held on Zoom or Google Meet. We walk through your process together, step by step, so I understand how work really happens. I’m based in Sydney, Australia, and I’m flexible with times to suit US, UK and European clients.
What format will I receive?
Process maps come as high-resolution PDF/PNG files. Reports come as PDF.
Do you implement the changes or automations?
I design the improvements and give you a clear roadmap to implement them. I don’t build software or automations, but my recommendations will show you exactly what to automate and where.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. I’m happy to sign an NDA, and all your business information is treated as strictly confidential. Nothing is shared or used in my portfolio without your written permission.
Do you work with my industry?
