Is it possible to get a preview sample before ordering?
Yes, absolutely! I provide free samples to all customers before starting the full project. Once you’re satisfied with the sample, we can move forward with the order. Of course, I can also start working directly from your requirements without a preview if you place the order immediately.
Can all background noise be fully removed?
Yes, in many cases, but it always depends on the recording quality, file format, and type of noise present. Some noises cannot be removed completely, and aggressive noise reduction may sometimes introduce artifacts into the audio. However, the final result will always sound significantly improved.
Can you repair audio issues in video files?
Yes, absolutely! I can extract the audio from your video and work directly on it. If you want the enhanced audio synced and rendered back into the video file, I also offer this as a gig extra (15$)
Can I request revisions after delivery?
Yes, 1 revisions are included (2 revisions for the Premium package). Once I deliver the final file, you can listen to it and let me know if you would like any adjustments or changes. I can also keep you updated throughout the process while working on your project.
In which format will the final files be delivered?
Final files are delivered in WAV format for the best possible audio quality. However, an MP3 version can also be provided upon request.
Which languages do you speak?
I speak English and French fluently! (I have also occasionally used Fiverr’s automatic translation feature to work with clients who spoke neither French nor English.)
