What access do you need to remove malware from my WordPress website?
I will usually need WordPress admin access and hosting access such as cPanel or your hosting control panel. FTP/SFTP access may also be required depending on your hosting setup and the issue. Please make sure you can provide the required access before ordering.
Can you remove malware from any WordPress website?
Most common WordPress malware infections can be cleaned. However, every infected website is different. Severely compromised websites, server-level infections, or unusual configurations may require additional work. Please contact me first if you are unsure.
What does security patch installation include?
I will apply available WordPress core, theme, and plugin security updates or fixes where appropriate. If a vulnerable theme or plugin has no available security update, I will recommend an appropriate next step or replacement.
Will my website be completely protected from future hacks?
No website can be guaranteed to remain 100% protected from future attacks. I can clean the current infection and apply the security measures included in your package to help improve your WordPress website's security.
What does the SSL setup in the Premium package include?
I can set up or configure SSL when a free SSL certificate is available through your hosting provider or Cloudflare. The cost of any paid SSL certificate or third-party service is not included.
How many websites does each package cover?
Each package covers one WordPress website. If you need malware removal for multiple websites, please contact me before ordering.
