How it Works:
- Domain Registration and Email account setup: We will register and redirect domains to your main domain. We will also setup Google Workspace email addresses for those domains, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC for security compliance.You will have full access to these emails for the duration of our working agreement.
- For the first 2 weeks, these email addresses will be warming up in Instanly.ai's warmup poor to maximize cold deliverability.
- During the warmup period we will scrape the contact info of your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and send them over to you for approval, as well as create email copy for you to approve.
- After 2 weeks of email warmup, we will start the campaign and forward any interested prospects to your inbox.

Yes, there is a 2 week warmup period for every order.
Who covers the costs of the lead list, the domains, the email accounts and the sending tools?
We will cover all the above costs, including registering the domains, the monthly Google Workspace email cost, the list building and the email verification tools.
How do you generate a contact list to reach out to?
We use a combination of tools including Apollo, Seamless.ai, Lusha and custom email verification software to double verify the email addresses we scrape.
How long does it take to see results?
We start sending cold emails 2 weeks after we set everything up. During these 2 weeks we will send you over the email list we scrape and share the email copy we will be using. You can expect to start seeing replies come in after 2 weeks of sending.
