What information do I need to provide for the design?
Please provide the text you want included, any high-quality images or branding elements (like your logo), your preferred colors or style, and the desired size and orientation (e.g., A4, portrait or landscape). This ensures the design aligns with your vision and brand.
Should I expect my order to be delivered faster than the original turnaround time?
No, I handle orders on a first-come, first-served basis. Each order is carefully crafted, and I usually have multiple orders in the queue. If you need faster delivery, please reach out to discuss priority options, but additional charges may apply.
Can I request revisions after the order is completed?
Revisions are only available while the order is active. Once the order is marked as complete, any additional changes will require a new order or an extra charge.
Why was my order marked as complete when I didn’t want it to be?
Fiverr automatically marks orders as complete after 3 days of delivery if no revisions are requested. Please make sure to request any changes within this timeframe through the order page.
