About this Gig
Ever opened five apps just to see what's happening in your business today?
That's the cost of scattered work: slower decisions, messy handoffs, a team asking the same question twice. A proper home for your business changes that.
I'm Tomy, a Notion Systems Architect and Notion expert helping founders and teams turn scattered info into one structured Notion workspace built around how your business runs, not a generic Notion template with your name on top.
What You Get:
- Custom Notion setup and workspace built around your workflow
- Clean Notion dashboard for full visibility at a glance
- Notion templates tailored to your industry
- Database architecture with relations, rollups, filtered views
- Notion CRM for leads, clients, follow-ups
- Notion automation connecting your tools
How It Works:
- Discovery, we talk through your goals and how things run.
- Build, I design your workspace and databases from scratch.
- Delivery, full setup with documentation and a walkthrough.
Every build is specific to you, never copied from a template.
As your Notion consultant, I'm building the operating system your business runs on.
Message me and let's build something your team uses.
To your growth,
Tomy

My Notion workspace is already a mess. Do I need to start over, or can you fix what's there?
Most of the time, starting over isn't necessary. I review what you already have, keep what's working, and rebuild the parts that are causing friction, broken relations, duplicate databases, views that don
Can you connect Notion with the other tools I already use, like Zapier, Make, or Google Workspace?
Yes. A Notion workspace works best when it's not sitting alone. I set up automation so information flows between Notion and your other tools automatically, new leads landing straight into your CRM,
