I’m a hardware product designer covering both the mechanical and electronics side of a product. I design custom enclosures for PCBs and IoT devices, medical device CAD models, photorealistic 3D renders for Amazon and Shopify, and 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T.
Because I design PCBs too, your enclosure fits first time: cutouts, battery space, RF windows, and tolerances are checked before you print or machine.

FAQ
What file formats will I receive?
Every package includes STEP and STL files. Standard and Premium also include SolidWorks source files (SLDPRT, SLDASM) and a 2D drawing in PDF.
Do you design the electronics, PCB or firmware?
No. I design the enclosure and mechanical parts only: housing, PCB and battery mounts, button and port cutouts, seals and snap-fits. You’ll need an electronics engineer for the PCB and firmware, and I’m happy to design around their board dimensions.
Can you make the design waterproof or weather-resistant?
Yes. I can design gasket grooves, sealed seams and cable or button seals for outdoor devices. The actual IP rating depends on your materials and manufacturing, and it has to be verified by physical testing, which I don’t provide.
Is my design confidential?
Yes. I treat every project as private and never share or reuse your designs. I’m happy to sign an NDA before you send any files. Please message me first to arrange it.
What if I need changes after delivery?
Each package includes a set number of revisions (1, 3 or 5). Changes beyond that can be ordered as an extra, and I’ll tell you the cost before starting.
