If so, this program is for you.
I dont rely on flashy exercises or a constantly changing lineup of 15 different movements to keep clients entertained.
You wont find any unnecessary bosu-ball nonsense here.
My program is straightforward and focused.
You will perform a small number of exercises, it will be challenging and boring, but you will get stronger.
I will provide you with a strength training plan, and you will train three times a week, recording yourself performing each exercise.
You will send me your videos, and I will review them to correct your form and provide personalized feedback.
I will also track your progress, so you can see your improvements over time.
My personal best lifts:
Squat - 180 kg, 1x5
Bench - 90 kg, 3x5
Press - 66 kg, 1x4
Clean - 71 kg, 5x3
Deadlift - 200 kg, 1x1
Chinup - 18kg, 3x5

I train parkour for 15 years, strength training for 5 years, I am certified fitness coach and I have experience in training both adults and teenagers.
