What do you need to start?
Send your POS brand and edition, Shopify plan, country, number of locations, catalog size and the issue or workflow you need. I will confirm the scope and required access before work begins.
Do you support Shopify POS Lite and Pro?
Yes. I configure the features available on your plan. Exchanges, advanced staff permissions and certain inventory workflows require POS Pro. I will check feature availability before quoting.
Can you connect Square or Clover to Shopify?
Yes, where a supported connector fits your requirements. I check your country, POS edition, locations and required data flows, then configure product mapping and test inventory updates. Connector subscriptions are separate.
Can you fix inventory that is not syncing?
I investigate product links, variants, inventory tracking, locations, permissions and connector errors. I correct issues within the agreed scope and explain any provider defect or unsupported behavior that needs escalation.
Can Toast POS sync orders, gift cards and loyalty with Shopify?
The documented Toast Retail connector syncs inventory, not sales or orders. Toast gift cards and online loyalty accrual are not included in that connection. I can configure supported retail inventory linking and explain its limits.
Do you handle multiple locations and large catalogs?
Yes, with a custom scope. I review stock ownership, location mapping, catalog size and connector limits. Larger catalogs, extra locations and complex cleanup need a separate quote.
Can you help after the Stocky shutdown?
Yes. I can preserve available exports and rebuild purchasing, receiving, transfers and stock-count workflows. Historical Stocky purchase orders do not automatically migrate into Shopify. Record availability must be checked first.
Are hardware and software subscriptions included?
No. Hardware, Shopify plans, connector subscriptions and payment-processing fees are purchased by you. Remote hardware guidance needs someone on site. Payment-provider approval remains with the provider.
Can you also configure Klaviyo, Shopify B2B or Zoho CRM?
Yes, as separately scoped services. I can configure supported Shopify Klaviyo flows, Shopify B2B workflows and Zoho CRM or Zoho One automation. Required plans, permissions, consent settings and integration capabilities are checked first.
How do you test and hand over the setup?
I test the agreed workflows, including product lookup, sales, stock changes and refunds or restocking where supported. You receive setup notes and instructions. Revisions cover the original scope; new features require a separate order.
