What platforms do you manage?
This gig covers Instagram and Facebook. I also offer content creation and management for TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, which can be added through a custom offer. If you’re unsure which platform is best, I can recommend options based on your niche and target audience. Please message me to discuss.
Can I choose only Instagram or Facebook?
Yes. The Basic package covers one platform. Standard and Premium can be used for Instagram, Facebook, or both. The price remains the same because each package is based on the total amount and type of content included.
What if my brand/business don't have a social media presence yet?
No worries! I can set up and optimize social media accounts, but this comes at an additional cost. You can purchase this as an extra based on how many accounts you need me to set up and optimize. Simply select the number of accounts when placing your order.
What do you need from me to start?
Your branding (logo, fonts, colors etc.) and access to your social accounts for scheduling.
Do I need to provide any content?
Not necessarily! If you have material to provide, that's a great place to start, but if not, I can create content from scratch using stock imagery or a mix of both. If you purchase a short video as an extra, please message me to discuss your needs, preferences, and provide any existing footage.
How does the process work after I order?
Once you place an order, you'll need to fill out a questionnaire to provide more details about your brand. After reviewing your answers, I'll begin creating your content calendar and send it for approval. Once approved, I'll schedule the posts and provide a report at the end of the 30-day period.
Does the package include Carousel Posts or Reels?
The Basic package includes static posts only. Standard and Premium include a mix of static and carousel posts. Premium also includes basic reels using client-provided footage or stock videos. The exact mix is determined during monthly planning; not every post will be a carousel or reel.
Do you engage with followers? If yes, what does this involve?
Yes. Community engagement is available as a gig extra and includes responding to comments and direct messages for up to 15 minutes per business day during the 30-day management period.
Will I able to see the content before they are published?
Yes, this is how I work with all my clients. You will receive the content calendar before I post it. So, you can review them and ask for changes if needed. After you approve the content calendar, I will start posting.
Can I request a revision? How does it work?
Yes! Revisions are limited based on the package you choose. After receiving the first draft, you can provide feedback and ask a revision. A revision involves adjustments to the existing content, such as refining the tone, wording, structure, or minor design tweaks; not entirely new content.
