FAQ
How many testers will I receive?
The Standard and Premium packages are designed around 12 testers, subject to tester availability and the agreed scope. All participation must be genuine and comply with Google Play requirements.
How long does the testing process take?
The proposed Standard and Premium packages use a 14-day testing period. The actual timeline depends on the app, testing requirements, and successful tester participation.
Can you guarantee Google Play approval?
No. Google makes the final decision regarding production access and app approval. I provide testing support and feedback but cannot guarantee approval.
What information do I need to provide?
You should provide the app's testing invitation or enrollment details, relevant testing instructions, and any necessary app information. Do not share your Google account password.
Can you test paid or restricted applications?
Contact me before ordering. I will review the app's content, access requirements, and testing feasibility. Some apps may not be suitable for this service.
Will testers provide feedback?
Testers can report genuine observations about app functionality, usability, crashes, and other issues they encounter. The feedback scope depends on the selected package.
