It depends on the package. Basic covers automation setup only (send me your copy). Standard and Premium include full copywriting for every email in the sequence.
How many emails are typically in a welcome series?
Most effective welcome series run 3–7 emails over 7–14 days. I'll recommend the right number based on your business and offer during setup.
Do I need to already have an email list or platform account set up?
No I can help you get your account and list set up from scratch if you're starting fresh. Just choose a package that includes account setup.
Will this integrate with my website or store (Shopify, WordPress, etc.)?
Yes, in most cases. Let me know your platform when you order so I can confirm compatibility and include the right integrations.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the package basic is 3 days, Standard is 5 days, Premium is 7 days. Larger or more complex flows may need a bit more time, which I'll flag before starting.
Can I request revisions after delivery?
Yes each package includes a set number of revisions (see package details). I want the sequence to actually fit your brand and voice before we call it done.
Do you provide the email templates/design, or just the automation logic?
Both. I set up clean, mobile-optimized templates as part of every package, along with the automation triggers and timing.
Will you segment my audience or just send the same sequence to everyone?
Segmentation is included starting at the Standard package. I can set up flows that adapt based on subscriber behavior, source, or interests.
